WHY A COLLECTIVE FOR COACHES GLOBALLY?

THE GLOBAL COACHES COLLECTIVE WAS FOUNDED IN 2017…

By a group of business and life coaches, frustrated by the lack of effective support and continuing professional development for coaches, consultants, mentors and trainers within the industry.

There are many great training providers in the marketplace, however, statistics show that the vast majority of coaches, consultants, mentors and trainers earn less than $20,000 per year. That would suggest that there are a large proportion of good coaches and other practitioners, without an effective business or marketing plan.

Being a solo-preneur can be a lonely and isolating affair. The GCC aims to solve that problem by providing a supportive and fun environment for coaches, consultants, mentors and trainers to develop their skills and their businesses, on a global scale.

Currently, the GCC is based in New Zealand and Canada with plans to expand into the US in May 2018, followed by Asia and Europe.

It’s a Membership-based organisation that aspires to the following goals:

  • To connect, support, develop and train the world’s leading coaches, consultants, mentors and trainers;
  • To create the same cultural acceptance in society for Life & Business Coaching as there is for Sports Coaching;
  • To be the go-to global Directory for member of the public searching for a Coach, Consultant, Mentor or Trainer in any specialty.

The vast majority of people who are drawn to coaching, consulting, mentoring or training, have a deep desire to make a big difference in their clients’ lives. However, without a profitable business and a steady stream of new clients’, the reality for many coaches is frustration and ultimately, business failure (often within the first 3 years).

The GCC is on a mission to help more coaches, consultants, mentors and trainers find more people and create more profit, by providing unprecedented Support, proven Systems and sound Structure.

All of the Founding Members have trained in different modalities, which all have their benefits; however, we couldn’t find a system or structure that ticked all the boxes. So we joined all of our knowledge and skill-sets together to bring you a package of structure, systems, tools and skills that we know are proven and effective.

Often, other training organisations require you to stay in the community and pay royalties based on your own efforts, while offering very little support. We are committed to building a system unlike any other in the marketplace where you are connected to like-minded individuals on the same mission as you, in a safe and supportive environment, where the structure and systems and proven for success.
